Sexual harassment prevention plan guide and template – Jan 2024

We have developed a guide to assist organisations to complete a sexual harassment prevention plan. The prevention plan will support employers to outline how they are identifying and responding to risk factors contributing to workplace sexual harassment.

This prevention plan is developed based on our Guideline: Preventing and responding to workplace sexual harassment which provide’s essential information and six minimum standards for small, medium and large organisations to meet to comply with their positive duty to eliminate sexual harassment as far as possible.

Alongside the guide is a template that organisations can use to write their prevention plan. Employers should consider specific organisational or industry characteristics when developing their own plan and consult with their employees to develop actions.
