Business Support Officer (VPS3)
The Business Support Officer provides support to Commission staff in information and communications technology and the use of business and administrative systems and processes, such as SharePoint, BI systems and IT hardware. This role may also support HR-related operations and other administration requirements if required.
An ideal candidate will possess:
- demonstrated experience in the provision of IT support
- knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Teams, SharePoint and the Power Platform
- knowledge of Resolve, Q-Master, TRIM is also desirable, and experience using content management systems is a plus but not mandatory

Senior Adviser, People and Culture (VPS5)
The Senior Adviser, People and Culture, leads strategic initiatives under the Commission’s People and Culture Plan, focused on strengthening organisational capability while sustaining a positive, supportive and engaged workforce and culture.

Policy and Research Officer (VPS4)
The Policy and Officer will support the delivery of quality, publishable reports and other material on racial discrimination and vilification and the best practice standards for organisations to prevent and respond to racial discrimination. The role will gather and critically analyse evidence related to these issues; and provide high quality, evidence-based and implementable policy advice to address the issues. This work will be able to guide the development of any future education and communication campaigns to tackle racism and vilifying conduct in the community.
An ideal candidate will possess:
- knowledge and experience in policy and research, preferably in relation to equal opportunity and human rights issues – experience in relation to racial vilification and discrimination is highly desirable
- understanding of Victoria’s key human rights laws or demonstrated ability to obtain this quickly
- experience working on complex research, including designing research methodology, facilitating focus groups or expert interviews, analysing, and synthesizing data and report writing.

Senior Policy and Research Officer (VPS5)
The Senior Policy and Research Officer will research and report on key equal opportunity and human rights issues, with a focus on racial and religious vilification. This role will work closely with a small and dynamic team within the Commission focusing on racial and religious vilification and race discrimination.
An ideal candidate will possess:
- knowledge and experience in policy and research, preferably in relation to equal opportunity and human rights issues specifically racial vilification and discrimination.
- knowledge and understanding of Victoria’s key human rights laws or demonstrated ability to obtain this quickly
- experience managing complex research, including designing research methodology, facilitating focus groups, analysing, and synthesizing data and report writing.
