If you have experienced racism, sexual harassment or discrimination of any kind, or if you have any human rights issues or concerns, then we want to hear from you. The Community Reporting Tool is a quick way to tell us what has happened, or what you are worried about.

About the community reporting tool

If you want to tell us about your experience, but you do not want to make a formal complaint, you can make a report to us using our Community Reporting Tool.

You do not have to tell us your name but, if you want to, you can ask for someone at the Commission to contact you and try to help you.

We will not share your details with anyone else. We will keep your information private.

When people report to us what is happening in their community, it helps us know if there is a problem. Then we can get better at helping communities.

Host the Community Reporting Tool on your website

If you are from an organisation that would like to host the Community Reporting Tool on your website, please contact our Enquiries team. For more information, you can download our stakeholder kit and frequently asked questions below.

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission acknowledges that we work on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We also work remotely and serve communities on the lands of other Traditional Custodians.

We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
