Digital learning program: The CSP Act – Protecting rights and preventing harm
Everyone has the right to be treated equally and without discrimination. Conversion practices that seek to change or hide someone’s sexual orientation or gender identity are deeply harmful and unlawful in Victoria under the Change or Suppression (Conversion) Practices Prohibition Act 2021 (CSP Act).
This eLearning module introduces the key aspects of the CSP Act. It will help you gain insights into the nature of conversion practices, the legal framework prohibiting them, their devastating impacts, and how to foster a culture of respect and compliance with human rights principles.
