Freedom of religion in Australia: A focus on serious harms – Jul 2020

Developed by the Australian Human Rights Commission in partnership with the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, this paper examines existing research and draws on first-person accounts from people of faith from many religious backgrounds. The paper also makes several recommendations for how governments in Australia can improve protections for the right to freedom of religion.
