Inquiry into the Human Rights Amendment Bill 2015 (ACT) – 24 Jul 2015

About the submission

The submission addressed flagged amendments providing for recognition of Aboriginal cultural rights, inclusion of a Note that children have all rights in the HRA and application of the right to education to public authorities.
