Share your thoughts on the gender pay gap – take our short survey

If you work in the arts, financial services, or healthcare and social assistance sectors, we want to hear your thoughts on the gender pay gap.

What barriers do small and medium enterprises (SMEs) face in providing equal pay for equal work? On behalf of the Equal Workplaces Advisory Council, we’re researching gender pay equity in the arts, financial services, and healthcare and social assistance sectors – and we want to hear from you.

If you work in an SME (including not-for-profits) in one of these sectors, take our short survey and share your experiences of pay equity. The survey will take around 10 minutes, and your insights will help shape education and workplace participation initiatives.

All responses will be confidential, and any information shared from the survey will be de-identified.
