Workplace equality: contact officer essentials

Audience: This program is ideally suited to new Contact Officers.
Mode: Online/In-person
Cost: $4,500 (ex GST) not including travel, accommodation or postage expenses.

This program equips Contact Officers with fundamental knowledge and skills to be a first point of contact in the workplace to provide confidential and impartial information to help their colleagues resolve workplace issues of unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying or victimisation. As such, they are an important part of an organisation’s risk management and equal opportunity compliance strategy.
