Discrimination and the law > A guide for owners corporations – Jun 2018

Owners corporations have legal obligations under the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. This information sheet provides tips to help them to meet their obligations to prevent discrimination and sexual harassment when providing services and accommodation.

It contains examples of common discrimination issues that may arise for owners corporations. It has case studies from Victoria and other Australian jurisdictions to help show what these obligations mean in practice.
