About this report

Our annual report for 2024–25 was tabled in Parliament on Friday 14 November 2025. Our annual report provides a snapshot of our impact across services in 2024-24 and an overview of our work throughout the financial year, including under our 4 new strategic priorities. It also includes the third edition of our First Peoples data report, featuring a high level, de-identified summary of complaints and enquiries we receive from First Peoples.
