Gender Equality Bill exposure draft – Oct 2018

In October 2018, the Commission provided a submission to the Gender Equality Bill exposure draft.
The submission addresses specific questions from the discussion papers, as well as the need for gender equality legislation and certain reforms to the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 that, in our view, will further promote gender equality and strengthen the implementation of gender equality legislation.
