Digital learning program: Equal pay matters

Equal pay for work of equal or comparable value is a basic human right. Co-designed with small and medium enterprises, the pay equality education resources help business owners and leaders understand equal pay concepts and achieve equal pay in their organisation.

The three modules introduce the concept of equal pay, examine the key principles and employers’ legal requirements, and highlight the value of committing to equal pay and the benefits for small and medium enterprises.

The program combines engaging video content, interactive activities for test your knowledge of pay equality, and online learning modules for deeper knowledge and practical guidance.

Audience: Business owners and managers, human
resources staff and employees at all levels of seniority

Duration: 30–45 minutes per module

Format: Online modules – video and interactive microlearning activities
