Annual Report 2023–24 – Nov 2024

Our annual report for 2023–24 was tabled in Parliament on Thursday 31 October. Our annual report provides a snapshot of our impact across services in 2023-24, an introduction to our new strategic priorities for 2024-26 and an overview of our work throughout the financial year under these 4 new strategic priorities. It also includes the second edition of our First Peoples data report, featuring a high level, de-identified summary of complaints and enquiries we receive from First Peoples.
