National inquiry into sexual harassment in Australian workplaces – Feb 2019

In February 2019, the Commission made a submission to the National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces, recommending acknowledging sexual harassment as a symptom of gender inequality, strengthening Victoria’s legal framework for dealing with sexual harassment and investment in victim-centred complaints processes.
